Okay...... my name is adam hansen, born on the Gold Coast, Australia. on the 11th day of the 5th month in 1981. Spent most of my life in Cairns(where the Great Barrier Reef is, Scuba Paradise for those euro's that never heard of it). I grew up doing a lot of sports from the age of 12 years old. Did not do anything before then. Ranges from Rugby Union, Basketball, Cross Country, Atheletic's, Swiming, Triathlons to Cycling.


Had amazing chance to go to Europe in 2001 to ride for Rapso Cycling Team. Then I jumped from there to Merida Graz team in 2003, which was a step up from Amateur to Continental(Div 3) and rode for Corratec Austria(2004), ELK Haus(2005), Aposport Krone Linz(2006) and then jumped into the ProTour in 2007 for the Giant team of T-Mobile. One of the biggest teams in Cycling History. Jersey's in the colours of T-Mobile, pretty pink......nice :/


Once Being in the ProTour I have stayed at that level while the same team changed names from T-Mobile to.... HighRoad, Columbia, Columbia-HTC and then last and for sure not least to HTC-Columbia, nice phones by the way. Then I left them in 2010 to join my new team Omega Pharma-Lotto for 2011. A belgium team. Heart of cycling and Im enjoying it a lot now.
